DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist in setup, cable patching and basic configurations of the server & network equipment.

2. Assist in routine and ad-hoc equipment health check and basic troubleshooting & fix.

3. Responsible for the implementation and training of IT systems in various factories in Malaysia.

4. Overall management of computer equipment and network facilities, ensuring efficient operation of the office environment.

5. Assist in System Monitoring by monitor system performance and security, identifying and resolving potential issues to maintain optimal system health.

6. Setup IT equipment as necessary for both new and existing staff. In addition, troubleshoot IT problems encountered by staff members.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.

2. At least 1 year of working experience in related industry.

3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

4. Good problem-solving and communication skills.

5. Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin will have an added advantage.

6. Familiarity with Kingdee ERP System, Caretop System Portal, iKuai Network Management System, and Hikvision CCTV Surveillance Systems.

7. Experience in configuring and troubleshooting TP-Link routers, switches, and iKuai wireless access points (APs).

9. Knowledge of Canon multifunction copiers and printers, including maintenance and user support.

10. Familiar with Foxmail, WeChat, WeCom, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Tencent Meeting.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
