Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily maintenance and repair works in the hotel
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and equipment issues
• Ensure hotel facilities are in good and safe condition
• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled
• Respond to maintenance requests from hotel departments and guests
• Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records
• Support renovation or installation works when required

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Air-Conditioning, Building Maintenance, or related field
• Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, or general maintenance
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in hotel maintenance is an added advantage
• Possess a valid car driving license
• Willing to travel when required

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
