We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the growth and success of our Zscaler cybersecurity portfolio within the Public Sector and Government-Linked Company (GLC) market.

This role combines business development, channel partner management, vendor management, and customer engagement responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with Zscaler, channel partners, and end customers to expand market presence, generate pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the business performance of the assigned Zscaler portfolio.
• Develop and execute quarterly and annual business plans.
• Achieve revenue, gross profit, and pipeline targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with Public Sector and GLC customers.
• Recruit, develop, and enable strategic channel partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Zscaler.
• Conduct customer presentations, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Work closely with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and business development teams.
• Support demand generation activities including events, seminars, and webinars.
• Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Channel Management, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting within the ICT industry.
• Experience engaging Government, Public Sector, GLC, or Enterprise customers is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, Networking, Infrastructure, or Enterprise Technology solutions.
• Able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, relationship management, and business development skills.
