Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily laboratory operations, ensure compliance with procedures, and supervise laboratory staff. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on laboratory experience, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily laboratory operations
• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, and inventory
• Train, guide, and evaluate laboratory staff and technicians
• Review and validate test results and laboratory reports
• Handle troubleshooting and resolve technical or operational issues
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a laboratory environment/ISO 15189
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
• Must have Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Science, or related field
• Good knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety, and quality control
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have MAHPC Laboratory License.
