Role Name: QA Analyst

Work model: Singapore, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on QA Analyst with strong automation testing experience, good programming knowledge, and exposure or interest in applying AI in QA processes. This is a new team based in Singapore, working closely with engineering stakeholders in the UK and US.

The role focuses more on automation, coding, and quality engineering rather than traditional manual testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
• Work closely with developers to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
• Test system modifications and software updates before release
• Develop testing strategies for databases, APIs, usability, and software scenarios
• Maintain and improve test automation frameworks and test coverage
• Monitor defect resolution and ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (XFN) across regions

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–8 years of experience in QA testing with automation exposure
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium or similar)
• Strong programming knowledge in Java and/or JavaScript
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and testing
• Good understanding of QA methodologies and software testing lifecycle
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
• Exposure to AI tools or ideas on how AI can improve QA processes (e.g., bug detection, test generation, automation improvement)

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Agile environments
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps tools

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

Key Focus of the Role

Pay: $7,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Test automation: 4 years (Preferred)
