Customer Success Executive – WealthTech

· Location: Singapore (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days in office per week)

· Start Date: Immediate / Rolling Intake

· Salary: SGD 2,000 – 3,000 Per Month

The Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our Singapore team and work directly with some of the most sophisticated wealth management firms globally.

This is not a traditional support role. You will become a strategic partner to clients, helping them modernise operations, optimise workflows, and unlock greater value from the M5Wealth platform.

You will work in a highly collaborative global team alongside some of the brightest minds across WealthTech, product, data, operations, and financial technology.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong long-term relationships with clients across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia
• Drive platform adoption, engagement, and customer success outcomes
• Support onboarding and implementation coordination for new clients
• Conduct business reviews and strategic client discussions
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to improve client outcomes
• Help clients optimise workflows across onboarding, portfolio management, reporting, compliance, and operations
• Identify opportunities for platform expansion and deeper product adoption
• Act as the voice of the customer internally
• Support client workshops, training sessions, and platform demonstrations
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

What We’re Looking For

• 0-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Consulting, SaaS account management, or implementation roles,
• Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, FinTech, or Financial Services technology
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable engaging with both business and technical users
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• High ownership mindset with startup adaptability
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise platforms preferred
• Prior hands-on experience in wealth management operations, client servicing, portfolio administration, or investment operations is highly preferred
• Understanding of wealth management workflows including onboarding, reporting, compliance, and portfolio management
