Job Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination
Support in monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on order processing and delivery schedules
Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and shipments
Assist in data analysis and preparation of reports related to supply chain performance
Support documentation and filing for purchasing and logistics activities
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and take initiative
