Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to develop and maintain customer relationships, achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and support the Company's growth by promoting and selling the Company's products.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.
Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers within approved guidelines.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, chemicals, or related industries.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered. Sales experience, with managerial exposure
Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in manufacturing or plant-based environments is an advantage
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
