岗位职责

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven & dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to support business growth, strengthen customer relationships & expand market opportunities. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with strong technical insight & a passion for sales, who is ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•       Develop & manage strong, long-term relationships with key existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities

•       Identify customer needs & provide suitable technical solutions & recommendations

•       Prepare, follow up & negotiate proposals to close deals effectively

•       Work closely with Application, Technical & Project teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood & delivered

•       Drive sales strategies and initiatives to achieve & exceed sales targets

•       Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities & growth areas

•       Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline & key activities

•       Support, coach & guide junior sales engineers while contributing to the development of a high-performing sales team

•       Work closely with the Sales Manager to drive revenue growth & business expansion

Qualifications & Requirements:

•       Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent

•       3–8 years of sales experience, preferably in an engineering, industrial automation, machinery, or technical environment

•       Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

•       Strong initiative, a customer-focused mindset & the drive to achieve sales targets

•       Strong leadership potential and ability to work in a team environment

•       Willing to travel within Malaysia & occasionally overseas

•       Work Location: Seremban (possess own transport)
