Job Responsibilities:

• Manage foreign workers' matters including documentation, permits and compliance with government regulations.

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding.

• Handle recruitment projects and ensure vacancies are filled within the required timeline.

• Assist to liaise with government agencies, vendors, and external stakeholders related to foreign worker management.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Provide administrative support for HR operations and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in foreign worker management and recruitment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Able to manage and handle more than 400 foreign workers effectively.

• Willing to be based and relocate to Kinta Highlands, Perak.
