岗位职责
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment. Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate new hire orientations, oversee the probation confirmation process, and manage smooth exit procedures for departing staff.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Compliance & Records: Ensure all HR practices align with local labor laws, maintain accurate personnel files, and update internal HR policies. Good knowledge of labor legislation.
Learning & Engagement: Coordinate employee training programs and spearhead workplace initiatives to boost morale and retention.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Payroll & HR Systems
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Solid communication skills
