About the role

Truck Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Pulau Indah, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support within the automotive trades sector. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with professional assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring their experience with Truck Solutions Sdn Bhd exceeds expectations. Key responsibilities

1. Responding promptly to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and courtesy

2. Providing accurate information about truck services, maintenance, spare parts, and automotive solutions

3. Processing customer requests, bookings, and service appointments in a timely and efficient manner

4. Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy, working towards swift and satisfactory resolutions

5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service history within company systems

6. Coordinating with technical teams and other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly

7. Following up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns

8. Providing quotations and guidance on service options and pricing

9. Contributing to a positive customer experience that encourages loyalty and repeat business

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the automotive or trades industry

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (or other relevant local languages)

3. Strong interpersonal abilities with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

4. Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications

5. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment

6. Problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues

8. Attention to detail and accuracy when recording information and processing transactions
