Responsible in finance and billing operations which involves managing patient accounts, processing payments, billing insurance claims, reconciling transactions, and ensuring that all financial operations align with company’s policies and procedures.

• Managing company entire accounting cycle including recording, analysing and reporting financial data ensuring compliance and assisting financial planning and decision making.

• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Oversee petty cash and other cash flow documentation.

• Prepare financial reports and summaries for the finance department, such as outstanding balances, revenue collection, and payment trends.

• Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits related to accounts receivable and financial reporting.

• Prepare and process invoices for patients and resident doctors, ensuring that all services are billed correctly and in a timely manner. This includes inpatient, outpatient, surgical, diagnostic, and consultation charges.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and cross-check payments against patient accounts, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

• Laisse with other department in finance to streamline process flow in regards to finance matter (Billing, Cashier, Purchasing and etc).

• Apply payments, process refunds, and adjustments on patient accounts for overpayments, billing errors, or insurance settlements.

• Ensure accuracy in patient and resident doctors accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

• Process patient payments at the time of service, whether by credit card, cash, check, or insurance co-payments.

• Ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

• Assist in preparing deposits and ensuring they are accurately recorded and submitted to the bank.
