Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuantan for a Program Percuma Solar GCPV Technology with Design Software position. The role involves coordinating and managing solar GCPV technology training programs, including planning schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with curriculum and industry standards. The individual will use design software to support practical training activities, demonstrations, and project-based learning related to solar GCPV systems. Daily tasks include delivering or supporting training sessions, preparing learning materials, assisting participants with technical and software-related questions, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The role also requires engaging with trainees and industry stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer service, continuous program improvement, and positive learning outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Program management skills to plan, coordinate, and monitor Solar GCPV training programs effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret technical data, assess learner performance, and optimize training content.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly, collaborate with colleagues, and engage with industry partners.
  • Training and facilitation skills to deliver, support, or coordinate classroom and hands-on sessions using design software.
  • Customer service skills to support participants, address inquiries, and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Familiarity with solar GCPV technology, basic electrical or renewable energy concepts, and related design software tools is highly beneficial.
  • Relevant certification or diploma/degree in engineering, renewable energy, technical education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Greater Kuantan, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high standards of professionalism and safety.
