Key Responsibilities

HR & Operations Management

• Be directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the company's services department
• Periodically rotate through the work duties of executive-level staff in the operations department to gain firsthand understanding
• Propose modifications for work duties of executive staff to increase efficiency, reduce human error, and improve cross-departmental alignment
• Directly manage the performance and KPI achievement of a team of operations executives based overseas
• Track changes in work processes and periodically update standard operating procedure (SOP) manuals

Payroll & Workforce Administration

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a large workforce, including frontline/field-based workers with varied pay structures (e.g., hourly, per-shift, commission-based)
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll cycles, including deductions, allowances, and statutory compliance
• Handle payroll-related queries and discrepancies from workers in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain and improve payroll systems and documentation to support scalability as headcount grows

Strategic HR & Business Development

• Research pricing and service trends of national and international competitors to support HR and operational strategy
• Create plans for implementing and improving business strategies in the operations department
• Assess the company's operational and strategic performance, ensuring HR processes align with overall business goals
• Align processes, resource planning, and departmental goals with the company's overall strategy
• Provide support to executive-level staff during significant organizational changes

Employee Relations & Support

• Foster strong relationships with employees and ensure HR policies are effectively communicated
• Handle employee concerns and grievances with professionalism, ensuring fair resolution
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete HR information using the right methods and tools
• Maintain employee records and detailed documentation of HR processes

Role Details:

• Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM SGT
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day WFH per week upon entering full-time)
• Salary Range: SGD 3,900 - SGD 4,900

Pay: $3,900.00 - $4,900.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pasir Panjang
