As a Commis Chef, you'll play an essential role in supporting our kitchen team, contributing to the creation of high-quality dishes while learning from skilled chefs. You’ll have hands-on training and the chance to grow within a collaborative environment dedicated to culinary excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks, including chopping, seasoning, and garnishing.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
- Keep the kitchen organized, following inventory protocols and restocking supplies as needed.
- Participate actively in maintaining a smooth kitchen workflow.
Qualifications:
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in culinary arts or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; passion for cooking and willingness to learn are key!
- Basic cooking skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Reliable, adaptable, and a strong team player who thrives in a dynamic kitchen environment.
- Can handle stress since outlets always busy.
- Have own transport.
