Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to customers
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment to the highest standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and utensils
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and delivering beverages with a smile
• Ensure proper storage of coffee beans and other ingredients
• Upsell and promote drinks and specials to customers
• Assist with opening and closing duties, as well as stock replenishment
• Work with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is a plus (but not required)
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and friendly attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
