Job Summary

Responsible for driving online sales growth and brand awareness through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms. The role involves managing paid advertisements, content creation, affiliate partnerships, live hosts, and online campaigns to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve results through data analysis and testing.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximize sales and return on investment (ROI).

2. Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop content calendars and campaign plans aligned with business objectives.
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.

3. Affiliate, Influencer & Live Host Management

• Recruit, coordinate, and manage affiliates, influencers, and live hosts.
• Monitor partner performance and build strong working relationships.
• Ensure campaigns and live sessions are executed according to schedule.

4. E-Commerce & Sales Growth

• Manage and optimize TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, promotions, and vouchers.
• Support online sales growth through strategic campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

5. Reporting & Administrative Support

• Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations.
• Assist management with marketing research, campaign planning, and other assigned tasks.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok Shop, Meta Ads, and content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
