Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Enterprise Architect will provide the end-to-end architecture blueprint that aligns business strategy, digital transformation, and technology investments across the organization. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of IT Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Governance
Define enterprise-wide architecture principles and standards, and core strategic architecture direction.
Govern technology decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, strategy and cost efficiency.
Lead architecture review boards and ensure compliance across all initiatives.
Partner with Digital Transformation Committee and business leaders to recommend architecture investments.
Architecture Design & Roadmap
Develop current-state and holistic future-state architecture from aspects of applications, data, integration, infrastructure and security; including transition strategy.
Drive simplification by reducing complexity, eliminating duplication, and enforcing modularity.
Own enterprise integration strategy (e.g. API-first, event-driven, data sharing).
Transformation Leadership
Guide modernisation of tech stack - ERP, data platform, cybersecurity uplift, and MACH adoption.
Evaluate build vs buy vs partner decisions.
Ensure strategic vendors align to enterprise design
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Act as a bridge between teams: Collaborate with various departments, such as IT, marketing, sales, and design, to align on goals and execution.
Manage stakeholder relationships: Keep stakeholders informed and gather their feedback to ensure the platform meets their needs.
Foster collaboration: Encourage a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the team and across the organization.
Job Requirements
Has more than 10 years of architecture experience in multidomain enterprise scale ecosystem.
Expert in enterprise design, cloud, integration, data architecture.
Strong communication and executive-level influencing skills.
Demonstrates strategic thinking and sound judgement.
Highly collaborative, able to partner effectively across cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complexity.
Adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate ambiguity.
Leadership presence, with the ability to guide teams and drive alignment
