Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Quantity Surveyor in measurement and taking-off of quantities from drawings.
• Support preparation of basic measurement records, cost breakdowns and documentation.
• Assist in site measurement and verification activities under supervision.
• Support preparation of progress claim documentation and valuation support records.
• Assist in maintaining cost tracking, variation and commercial records.
• Carry out assigned commercial tasks as part of structured training.

Learning & Exposure Areas

• Quantity measurement and bill of quantities preparation
• Progress claims and interim valuation processes
• Cost control and financial reporting
• Contract administration and documentation
• Professional conduct and commercial ethics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or early-career candidate.
• Strong interest in construction cost management and commercial work.
• Willing to learn and work under supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
