Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Engagement (40%)

  • Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identify and research potential B2B clients (contractors, developers, factory managers, data centers) and actively follow up on inbound inquiries.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and new clients, coordinating meetings for our technical sales engineers when required.
  • Sales Support: Assist in presenting our technical capabilities and safety compliance standards to prospective B2B buyers.

2. Marketing & Brand Awareness (30%)

  • Local Campaigns: Execute local B2B marketing strategies to build brand presence across commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Content & Collateral: Assist in creating or localizing marketing materials, company profiles, brochures, and digital presentations tailored to the engineering/fire safety industry.
  • Market Tracking: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project developments (such as new industrial parks or data center builds).

3. Business Administration & Document Control (30%)

  • Tender & Quotation Processing: Prepare official sales quotations, compile Bills of Quantities (BQ), and assemble formal engineering tender submissions.
  • Project Coordination: Route confirmed sales orders to our M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) project teams and keep internal tracking systems accurately updated.
  • Compliance Documentation: Organize and maintain critical compliance records, design specs, and safety certifications (including BOMBA approvals).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

  • Kulim: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kulim (Kulim)
