1. Sales & Client Engagement (40%)
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identify and research potential B2B clients (contractors, developers, factory managers, data centers) and actively follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and new clients, coordinating meetings for our technical sales engineers when required.
- Sales Support: Assist in presenting our technical capabilities and safety compliance standards to prospective B2B buyers.
2. Marketing & Brand Awareness (30%)
- Local Campaigns: Execute local B2B marketing strategies to build brand presence across commercial and industrial sectors.
- Content & Collateral: Assist in creating or localizing marketing materials, company profiles, brochures, and digital presentations tailored to the engineering/fire safety industry.
- Market Tracking: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project developments (such as new industrial parks or data center builds).
3. Business Administration & Document Control (30%)
- Tender & Quotation Processing: Prepare official sales quotations, compile Bills of Quantities (BQ), and assemble formal engineering tender submissions.
- Project Coordination: Route confirmed sales orders to our M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) project teams and keep internal tracking systems accurately updated.
- Compliance Documentation: Organize and maintain critical compliance records, design specs, and safety certifications (including BOMBA approvals).
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
