1. Shift Charge Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, provide technical and operational support during day-to-day plant operations, including troubleshooting of system, process and equipment issues.
• Monitor and review operation parameters and plant efficiency to ensure optimal plant performance.
• Lead the development, review and update the operation procedures and instructions.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures, quality assurance and statutory requirements to ensure safe operation.
• Ensure plant reliability and availability through implementation of plant routine structured field round and Basic Equipment Care.
• Perform the role of On-scene Commander during plant emergencies.
• Respond to emergency situations in accordance with Emergency Response Plan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
• Preferably possess Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) engineer competency certificate from DOSH.
• 3 - 8 years in power plant operation experience.

2. Panel Operator

• Perform the role of On-scene Commander during plant emergencies.
• Troubleshoot, gather data trend, analyse and respond to process deviations and equipment upsets.
• Communicate and coordinate Field Operator and maintenance technician during operation and maintenance activities.
• Perform start-up, shutdown and turnaround activities safely and efficiently.
• Develop, review and update operation procedures and instructions.
• Record operating data and report abnormalities.
• Communicate with customer operation center in day to day operation.
• Implement Basic Equipment Care and Basic Operation Care activities to maintain plant reliability.
• Assist in performing safeguarding tests to ensure equipment protection systems are functional

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering, or relevant technical certificate.
• Preferably possess Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) driver competency certificate from DOSH.
• Relevant power plant operation experience is an added advantage.

3. Field Operator

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure stable and reliable operations.
• Troubleshoot, analyse and respond to process deviations and equipment upsets.
• Perform start-up, shutdown and turnaround activities safely and efficiently.
• Conduct structured field rounds, record operating data and report abnormalities.
• Implement Basic Equipment Care and Basic Operation Care activities to ensure reliability.
• Develop, review and update operation procedure and instruction.
• Assist in performing safeguarding tests to ensure equipment protection systems are functional.
• Respond to emergency situations in accordance with Emergency Response Plan.
• Ensure compliance with work procedures, safety requirements and Permit-to-Work System.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering, or relevant technical certificate.
• Preferably possess Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) driver competency certificate from DOSH.
• Relevant power plant operation experience is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
