Job Description

Responsibilities

WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Looking for a dynamic and professional individual to support the Director in daily operations and business activities.

Location: Ipoh, Perak
Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,600
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 8.30am – 1.00pm

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel and stay outstation when required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director in daily administrative and business matters
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage quotations
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and schedules
  • Accompany and assist the Director during functions and business events
