HIRING | JUNIOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Location: Ipoh, Perak
Salary: RM2,300 – RM3,000
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 8.30am – 1.00pm

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to travel and stay outstation when required

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Director
• Liaise with suppliers and obtain quotations
• Assist in coordinating meetings and schedules
• Support the Director during company functions and business events
