This is a full-time on-site position located in Kuantan for an Assistant Operation Manager. The Assistant Operation Manager will oversee daily operational activities, including supply chain management, team supervision, workflow optimization, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role requires monitoring and analyzing operational data, contributing to process improvements, and collaborating with different departments to achieve organizational efficiency and goals.

• Proven skills in Operations Management, Workflow Optimization, and Process Improvement
• Competency in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Coordination, and Resource Allocation
• Strong Leadership, Team Supervision, and Interdepartmental Collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making
• Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Time Management capabilities
• Experience working in the FMCG industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proficient in relevant software and technology suited for operational roles
