Production Supervisor - Dipping / Compounding

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our glove manufacturing team

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise machine operators and Group Leaders to achieve daily production targets.
• Supervise daily production activities.
• Monitor production output, process control, product quality, and proper use of materials/equipment.
• Conduct inspections of equipment, materials, and production lines to ensure compliance with SOPs.

What We’re Looking For:

• SPM with experience / Diploma in engineering or related fields
• Willing to work on shift rotation
