Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
- Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor work progress, manpower, materials, and site readiness.
- Ensure site activities comply with safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
- Report daily progress, site issues, delays, or manpower concerns to the project team.
- Support site documentation, attendance, permits, and basic reporting where required.
- Assist in resolving site coordination issues and escalating urgent matters when needed.
- Experience as a Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor / Civil Supervisor / Safety-related Site Coordinator.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, foundation, piling, or related site works will be an advantage.
- Able to work on-site in Senawang for the full contract duration (3 months, extendable)
- Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Able to manage site workers and liaise with project teams professionally.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
