Miker Group is looking for an experienced and highly disciplined Head Chef to lead kitchen operations and ensure excellence in food quality, team performance, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Lead, supervise, and train kitchen team members
- Monitor food cost, portion control, and minimize wastage
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and kitchen planning
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance
- Coordinate kitchen workflow to maintain service efficiency
- Maintain strong time management to ensure preparation schedules and service timelines are met consistently
- Enforce discipline and operational standards within the team
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in a kitchen leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
- Experience handling high-volume kitchen operations
- Good knowledge in food costing and inventory management
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Committed to maintaining quality and operational excellence
