M&E ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at project sites.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and productivity of M&E installations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on M&E matters.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure work is carried out according to approved standards and specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to M&E systems and installations.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, commissioning, and handover activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or building services.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, drawings, and construction practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant engineering software.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
