EXECUTIVE ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Oversee cash flow management and banking transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare schedules and documentation for audits, tax submissions, and financial reporting.
• Review journal entries, general ledger transactions, and financial records for accuracy.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.
• Support management with financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Professional accounting qualification will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
