Guardian South East Asia Hiring! Full Time Senior Technician - Engineering Assistant in Sarawak, Earn up to MYR 3,300 - Ricebowl

Main Purpose of Role: (Why) **

The main purpose of this role is to ensure product hardware, particularly in-vehicle hardware are installed, configured and serviced adequately to ensure optimum performance. This is a hands-on role with requirement to travel frequently to be on-site for all installation & maintenance jobs. In doing so the Senior Technician will be responsible for:

1. Installation and configuration of all hardware in a vehicle, including in-vehicle electrical wiring, per project requirements.

2. Monitoring product stability post site-installation and rectification as necessary.

3. Troubleshooting product issues independently.

4. Inventory management for timely project execution.

5. Tools management for complete product installation.

6. Technical support for new features or product customization.

7. Planned preventive maintenance with clients according to company SOP.

8. Completing site service report and project documentation as necessary.

9. Perform other administrative duties as necessary.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: (Indicate mandatory or preferred) **

1. Malaysian ONLY

2. Computer literate – mandatory

3. Possess own transport and driving license class D (car)

4. Willing to work on weekend or Public Holiday when required.

5. At least 2 years of experience working on site

2. Ability to work effectively in a team and respond cooperatively to the requirements of other company members.

3. Engineering or Technical educational background is preferred.

4. Customer service experience is beneficial.

5. Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

7. Active in sports / outdoors oriented is a favoured attribute.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
