WE’RE HIRING – ADMIN & MARKETING ASSISTANT

Location: Taman Universiti Indah, Seri Kembangan

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks, invoicing & basic accounts
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Conduct TikTok Live sessions to promote clinic services
• Manage customer enquiries and appointment bookings via WhatsApp & social media platforms
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Canva
• Comfortable using social media platforms
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are an added advantage
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
