Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate / SKM / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic / Polymer) or related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiar with basic quality inspection tools and measurement techniques is an advantage.
- Willing to work on rotating shift patterns.
- Must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
- Perform in-process and appearance inspections during production to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Conduct dimensional measurements using CMM, Smartscope, Videoscope, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Ensure all measuring instruments are properly maintained, calibrated, and stored correctly.
- Record inspection data and compile Statistical Process Control (SPC) reports accurately.
- Prepare and set up measurement processes for new parts for customer approval.
- Assist in identifying and reporting quality issues for continuous improvement.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor or management.
- Salary paid twice monthly for better financial flexibility
- Overtime paid in full compliance with Employment Act (up to 3.0x rate)
