Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Diamond Drillers and Diamond Drilling Supervisors to join the Tolukuma Gold Mine project in Papua New Guinea. The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting the mine's ongoing development and expansion by delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain diamond drilling rigs.
• Deliver quality core samples and achieve drilling targets.
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Adhere to site safety standards and operational procedures.
• Supervisors will lead drilling crews, coordinate daily activities, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and prepare operational reports.
  
  

Requirements

• Diamond Drillers: 3 5 years of diamond drilling experience in underground and/or surface operations.
• Drilling Supervisors: 5 8 years of drilling experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical, safety, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in remote mining environments.
