Job Responsibilities;

  • Coordinating and managing solar PV projects and Energy storage system installation work, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Participate in project planning activities, including creating project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Help identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project timelines or quality.
  • Support the preparation and submission of project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to effective communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries as needed.
  • Learn to use project management software and tools to organize tasks and monitor project status.

Job Requirements;

  • Diploma/Degree in Solar/ Renewable/Electrical engineering or related field
  • Good knowledge and experience of PV system and energy storage systems design and installation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills which is essential for project work
  • Self- motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic
  • Willing to put in overtime when necessary to meet project datelines
  • Proficient in PVSyst/CAD/MS Office (Project/Word), PowerPoint, etc
  • Familiar with fieldbus and other industrial communication protocol including Modbus, TCP/IP etc
