Job Description

• Cover QA shift routine and working in shift manner.
• Responsible to conduct analysis on in-process quality control and finished products sample to ensure timely testing and COA availability within lead time.
• Perform testing on incoming raw materials to ensure material is released timely for production use and defect material is able to be segregated effectively.
• Responsible to conduct analysis on supporting product development activities.
• Perform calibration for all measuring instrument according to the calibration precedure at defined schedule.
• Responsible to maintain updated records of laboratory stock level by conducting regular checking.
• Work closely with production personnel on controlling of product quality.
• Record all QA data accurately according to QS SOPs.
• Assist in maintaining condition of laboratory equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness of both QA Laboratory and Injection Moulding Room.
• Any other assignment that may be assigned to you from time to time.
• To co-operate with any Energy and EHS activities or Campaigns organized by the Company as well as to obey or to enforce Company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in relevant field
• Minimum 1 year working experience in a relevant Job Scope
• Good communication skills and essentially a team player.
• Willing to work shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,530.00 per month
