Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services, cooperative, government, corporate, and commercial sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and procurement personnel.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, tender submissions, and requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Actively source and secure debt recovery, receivables management, field visitation, and related outsourcing assignments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Operations and Management to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new accounts.
• Represent the Company at business meetings, networking events, industry conferences, and client engagements.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business development activities and revenue forecasts.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure timely execution of client agreements.
• Achieve individual and departmental sales and revenue targets as set by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, relationship management, or account acquisition.
• Experience within debt collection, banking, financial services, credit management, recovery, or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to government agencies, statutory bodies, cooperatives (Koperasi), GLCs, or tender management processes is highly desirable.
• Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel as required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
