Job Summary
Kick-start your career with our Management Trainee Program. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales operations, customer service, and business administration. You will work closely with experienced team members to develop practical skills, gain industry knowledge, and build a strong foundation for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in preparing quotations, sales documents, and customer orders.
2. Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries and follow-up activities.
3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth processing and delivery of customer orders.
4. Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and filing systems.
5. Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
6. Support customer service activities and assist in resolving customer concerns.
7. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to business requirements.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
5. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
6. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
7. Able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
8. Possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.
9. Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
