Recruitment
- Collaboration with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in attracting top talent.
Payroll Management
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees includes OT and allowances for local & foreign employees.
- Adress payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Stay informed about local labor laws and compliance requirements in Malaysia.
- Process statutory payments (i.e., EPF, SOCSO)
Onboarding and Offboarding
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
- Manage the offboarding process, ensuring that exit procedures are followed correctly.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns from employees.
- Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
- To counsel, make recommendations, and take constructive disciplinary actions under the human relations policy and procedures of the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of mutual respect.
HR Policies and Compliance
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure HR processes adhere to local laws and regulations in Malaysia.
- Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation and compliance requirements.
Administrative Operations
- Assist in developing and implementing admin policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the office facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly.
- Organizing and maintaining company records, both physical and digital.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the office environment.
- Tracking and managing company assets, including furniture, equipment, and technology. This involves maintaining an inventory, ensuring the office facilities are well-maintained and overseeing repairs or replacements when necessary.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENT :
- Qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Labor Laws.
- Multi-tasking, resourceful, capable of working with minimal supervision and high self-discipline.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Able to start work immediately or short notice period
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
