Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR operations.
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
Manage employee relations matters by providing guidance on workplace issues, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, employee development, and succession planning.
Administer employee compensation, benefits, and welfare programs while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience
5–10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in handling full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Experience in leading HR initiatives, projects, or small HR teams is an added advantage.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of employment laws, labour regulations, and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management systems (HRIS).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle multiple HR functions effectively and ensure compliance.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
