  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree qualification.
  • 1 to 3 years or higher of sales experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in construction materials, hardware, power tools, industrial products, or building materials will be an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
  • Willing to travel and work outstation when required.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

COOLMAN Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is a leading supplier of diamond tools, cutting solutions, and professional construction equipment. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the construction, hardware, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware dealers, contractors, project managers, and end users.
  • Promote and sell COOLMAN diamond tools and SHIBUYA core drilling equipment.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Negotiate effectively to secure sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports.
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
  • Participate in product training and continuously improve product knowledge.
