Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and convert customer artwork, logos, and technical drawings into machine-compatible formats (e.g., DXF, AI, and other suitable formats) for etching machine operations.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Extract material quantities and basic Bill of Materials (BOM) from drawings, and assist in cost estimation and quotation preparation.
• Coordinate with sales, customers, and production personnel to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Oversee etching machine production to ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings and customer specifications.
• Perform quality checks and resolve drawing or production-related issues.
• Maintain proper records and revision control of drawings and production files.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Drafting, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator (AI), DXF file preparation, or other relevant drawing software.
• Knowledge of etching, fabrication, stainless steel, or metal processing industries will be an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and customer specifications.
• Basic understanding of material take-off, BOM preparation, and cost estimation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
