Nextol Polymer Hiring! Full Time QC Executive in Negeri Sembilan - Ricebowl

Nextol Polymer Sdn. Bhd., a manufacturing company specialize in wire & cable compounds, and due to our expansion programs, we are looking for self-motivated candidate to join our team. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Support company Quality Management System and responsible for overall QC system in QC Department.

2. Develop and update quality standards to ensure product quality requirements are met.

3. Establish quality control procedures and products quality control test plan.

4. Assist in product research & development.

5. Quality control for incoming raw material, in-process semi-product and finished goods.

6. Collaborate with the production team to identify and address product non-conformance , manage out of specification products and recommend corrective handling of non-conforming products

7. Investigate customer complaint and implement corrective action to prevent recurrence.

8. Issuing, monitor and track Preventive & Corrective Action (CAR) Request. 

9. Maintain testing equipment and laboratory instruments in the QC Department and coordinate for equipment calibration

10. Maintain quality records and documentation

11. Observe production trial run and perform sampling of R&D products. 

12. Verify and confirm outgoing lots and Certificate of Analysis of finished goods

13. Liaise with independent external laboratories for compounds & chemical testing

14. Ensure cleanliness and occupational work safety in the QC department.

15. Prepare monthly QC report

16. Responsible for other related job assigned by the superior from time to time     
    

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Polymer/Chemistry or Related)

• Working experience in any polymer/rubber/plastic/compound manufacturing environment.

• Hand on experience in laboratory testing would be an advantages

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
