Nextol Polymer Hiring! Full Time Production Engineer in Negeri Sembilan - Ricebowl

COMPANY

Nextol Polymer Sdn. Bhd., a manufacturing company specialize in wire & cable compounds, due to our expansion programs, we are looking for self-motivated candidate to join our team. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Develop and establish production work procedures and instruction and to ensure products meet to requirements

2. Monitor production plans and schedules to meet customer delivery timeline. 

3. Analyst daily production records, monitor process control and implements optimization.

4. Conduct process inspections, manage daily production issues, and resolve work related problems.

5. Oversee production and process trial run.

6. Plan daily raw material consumption for production.

7. Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to resolve machine breakdown issue and schedule preventive maintenance.

8. Prepare monthly production and machine capacity utilization report.

9. Investigate root causes of product non-conformance and customer complaint and to implement preventive and corrective actions.

10. Ensure cleanliness and occupational safety 0n the production floor.

11. Attend cable trial runs at customer premises when required

12. Responsible for other related job assigned by the superior from time to time       
    

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent

• Working experience in any polymer/rubber/plastic/compounding/manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership and time management and supervisory skills

• Fresh graduates with highly self-motivation are encouraged to apply
