Full Time Sales and Project Executive (M-E) Jobs, salary up to MYR 9,000 in TKH ACMV INDUSTRIES SDN BHD Balakong - Ricebowl

• Site Evaluation & Survey: Travel to assigned client sites to assess structural layouts, airflow requirements, electrical provisions, and mechanical constraints. Take precise physical measurements to ensure accurate project scoping.
• System Proposal & Design: Select and propose the right equipment configurations (including VRF/VRV systems, commercial split units, mechanical ventilation fans, and ducting paths) that technically fit the site conditions.
• Quotation Generation: Prepare comprehensive bill of quantities (BQ) and commercial cost estimates covering equipment, materials, installation labor, and project margins.
• Pipeline Management & Follow-Up: Proactively manage your pipeline of submitted quotes. Maintain consistent contact with clients to clarify technical questions, negotiate terms, and close the sale.
• Project Handover: Coordinate smoothly with our internal installation and project management teams to hand over verified site details and finalized drawings once a deal is closed.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
