1. General

• Passionate about our products & brand to provide excellence Customer Service at all times whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to drive commercial success.

2. Product

• Support to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment
• Support in all merchandise related processes (e.g. deliveries & returns)
• Support in all stock take & cycle counts related processes

Requirements :-

• Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is required along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry
• Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
• Commercial mindset
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
• Willingness to constantly learn & develop
• Perceptive of customer needs
