We're Hiring: Marketing Executive (Remote | Malaysia-Based)

Are you a creative, organised, and purpose-driven marketer who wants your work to matter?

A Kind Place is a mental health and special needs social enterprise operating across Singapore and Malaysia. We provide individual therapy, special needs training programmes, and corporate wellness services — and we're growing.

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our small but mighty team on a remote, flexible-hours basis, supporting both our Singapore and Malaysia operations.

What You'll Do

Plan and execute monthly marketing content across social media, blogs, Reels, educational posts, event promotions, and programme campaigns

Create marketing materials — graphics, short-form videos, posters, flyers, website updates, programme collaterals, and event recap assets

Manage digital marketing activities including SEO content planning, SEM/paid ads coordination, ad boosting, and basic campaign performance reporting

Manage our social media platforms — scheduling, engagement monitoring, responding to enquiries, and community communication

Support programme marketing and corporate outreach initiatives

What We're Looking For

Strong written communication skills — warm, clear, and professional; comfortable writing about mental health and wellbeing topics

Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)

Familiarity with social media management, content planning, SEO, SEM, paid ads, and digital campaign tracking

Good coordination skills when working with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and clients

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without dropping the ball

Able to take initiative, creative, and able to articulate ideas
