Job Description
Responsibilities
1. To ensure subcontractor(s) using and /or referring to correct revision of the construction drawings;
2. To assist construction schedule and project timelines;
3. To assist the Project Manager or Construction Manager to develop, implement and oversee the quality assurance program;
4. Coordinate the construction works on site with the client and the contractors in a timely and safe manner to meet the project
timelines;
5. To report to the management on the progress of works on site, planned vs actual progress;
6. To assist the Project Manager or Construction Manager in controlling cost associated with the project, planned vs actual budget;
7. Ensure that the contractors and workers on site adhere to the rules and regulations
8. Ensure that the contractors are supplying, installing and constructing in accordance to the drawings and specifications;
9. Conduct pre-delivery and delivery inspections of the construction materials, equipment and instruments prior to installation;
10. Assist the Project Manager or Construction Manager to identify scope changes in the project and prepare a deviation report, if necessary;
11. Safety and health of workers and equipment on site;
12. Prepare relevant reports to the management regarding the progress of works;
13. Ensure the general cleanliness of the site;
14. To attend to any communication from any parties, and convey the same to the management;
Requirements:
Work Location: GLT Global Resources Sdn Bhd, Muadzam Shah, Rompin, Pahang.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
