Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Electronics) or equivalent.
- Knowledge in machine maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), and troubleshooting of production machines.
- Knowledge in PLC troubleshooting and machine control systems.
- Experience in spare parts management and maintenance planning.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, and audit requirements.
- Knowledge in CAPEX projects and cost-saving initiatives.
- Good leadership, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CMMS, SAP, HRX, AVD, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
Job Descriptions:
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet departmental and company objectives.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce machine breakdown through effective troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities to ensure machine sustainability and reliability.
- Ensure adequate spare parts availability for all production machines and facilities.
- Lead and supervise maintenance personnel in carrying out maintenance activities and technical support.
- Maintain workshop housekeeping and ensure compliance with 5S, Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, machine manuals, work instructions, and audit-related records.
- Conduct maintenance analysis including MTBF, MTTR, machine breakdown trends, PM effectiveness, and spare parts usage.
- Lead cost-saving and continuous improvement projects related to machine performance and maintenance operations.
- Support CAPEX projects, machine installation, commissioning, and machine release activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers on technical matters and maintenance-related issues.
- Perform any special assignments or projects as directed by Management or HOD.

- Participate and cooperate in Process Improvement which related to Tools and Jigs.
