Job Description / Summary of Responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily pallet movements, including inbound, outbound, transfers, and returns.
• Maintain accurate pallet inventory records and update all transactions in the system.
• Perform pallet reconciliation and investigate discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, customers, and suppliers regarding pallet collection and returns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly pallet reports.
• Ensure all pallet-related documentation is properly maintained, organized, and filed.
• Support warehouse operations, including stock counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and pallet control procedures.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to pallet management and inventory control.

Education & Skills RequirementsEducation

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or pallet control activities.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
